Return and Refund Policy At Adfa, we care about your satisfaction, so we provide an easy and clear policy in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry: Return Period • You can request a return within a full year (12 months) from the date of receipt of the order if there is a defect or change in the quality of the perfume. Product Experience • We attach a sample for perfume testing with each order. • We recommend testing the sample before opening the original packaging. • The perfume can be returned even after opening if you notice a change in quality or scent. Damaged Product Upon Arrival • If the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos. • You have the right to replace the product or get a full refund. • In this case, you will not bear any fees. Fees In case of return: • Return fee: 18 riyals • Shipping fee: 18 riyals (if applicable) • Cash on delivery fee: 18 riyals (if applicable) These will be deducted from the refunded amount. Cases Not Covered by Return • Misuse or improper storage. • Damage caused after receipt. • No defect or change in quality. • Opening of basic perfumes with samples for testing.
